get there AT least by 9am.

There is a huge line and they have to check your ticket plus ID in order to get into the keynote area.

secondly, if you have issues about your registration, mail this person [email protected] since she is charge of the passes and stuff.

I have THREE passes now. 2 normal (no K) and she resent one of them with a K. I have afriend who has a K ticket and isnt coming... BUT they check ID (at least they did last time) so not sure if its any help.

maybe not this time.. could i try with the firends pass?

the way it works is the following.

At the Palais, there is the foyer. There are people at desks picking up passes, and others in line with their passes getting checked against a list.

You proceed upstairs to another foyer and there are dozens of doors where lines form in front of each one until around 9:30-9:45 am when they open. Its a frikken mess. It would be very hard to find eachother unless we make some kind of OBVIOUS sign or poster or whatevr... or give good descriptions of ourselves to eachother so we can recognize one another.

I met Mulattabianca so I can find her, but the rest of you is a bit different.

Of course there is no stopping us from having huge banners saying "AppleInsider 0wnz y0ur s0ul" or soomething like that

I think that would make it pretty obvious

Now if i try to do some ideas for a biiig badge... print it and wear it. so we'll recognize eache other for that? wait a sec..

now just waiting to know if i have nay change to see the keynote live.. if so i go to buy the tickets NOW .. if i can see that then maybe i am there a day before. uh? why can't they answer in the expo yet..

Leonis should btw put online a newer pic of me to the aicomm site by friday .. if not just find ZO and i'm probably somewhere around (or do we have to start to sprea our mobile numbers to be found? i suppose that's better do off board.. i can do a (mailling) list for those if anyone thinks it could be useful?

Why don´t the first AI´er in line bring a dozen posters with "reserved for Ingrez Retail Solutions" and a professionel looking logo on them and put them up in front of one of the doors? Then someone could go around checking that those who go up to that line has the secret AI mark on their passes. If you are cool enough the real official guys would think it was planned. Officially looking guys hate to loose the coolness of wearing an Apple T and make a fool of themselves by throwing the "right" people away or even questioning their right to be there. The "wrong" people can use that to their advantage.

Oh I hate not to be able to be there to see my fellow Applets

i have to say that Brussels per se isnt the nicest city. BUT the wonderful thing is that its very well located. In train 1h15 to Paris to Brux, 2h30 to Amsterdam, 2h30 to center of London... cheap flights to just about everywhere in Europe. Driving to Paris should take no more than 2h. Also, life is cheap and salaries are good.

    But anyway I digress.

No, I'm afraid no one will be there before the 10th.

Where's PowerDoc??? Isnt he coming as well? Agh... com'on kids!!!
