funnier still, you choking, as you often do in big games, in the big xii championship against a team you already beat earlier that year, knocking you out of any hopes of playing for a national championship. remind again, when was the last time you were in the running for one of those and when was the last time you won one? been a while huh?

NBA: don't really care anymore, but I'm playing with the Timberwolves on NBA Courtside 2002
NFL: boring.
Racing: hate it.
MLB: Braves. I've liked them since they were bad (long long ago).
Golf: white man's sport
Hockey: too many names I can't pronounce
MLS: too defensive for me.
Tennis: too uppity for me.
ps - Isn't this thread called YOUR teams? That sort of rules out golf from this discussion entirely. Any individual sport is too uppity for me. There's a reason that some sports are considered 'rich people's sports' and some aren't. I, in general, don't like those sports.
groverat: could you just delete that page and a half of crap between TW and Moogs and give me back 5 minutes of my life for reading it? Thanks...
Colorado went on the play in a BCS bowl and OSU went on to... uh... hmm... something. But there was quite an elite distinction for OU to be found in that loss. One of only 4 teams that OSU beat last year!
And the wonderful consolation OU got was playing Arkansas in the Who Is More Inbred? Bowl. 60,000 Arkansas and Oklahoma fans in the Cotton Bowl and only 5 last names between them all. Easily the most boring game of the 2000s as two offensively-challenged teams stumbled about the field for 3.5 hours.
I hope you enjoyed the 2 years of gloating, Okie, because as of Saturday 6ish p.m. Central it's over and you are relegated to backseat driver once again.
wow, the only thing you can say is some crappy team last year could beat us, but you couldn't. what does that say about you? well bring it on bizsnatch. if only your team had as much talent as your verbal skills, then they might have half a chance. we got your number, and after the game we'll have your girl's numbers too. don't worry, you can have them back after we're done.
And then there was silence from the striped one....
But since this has turned into a friendly thread once more, let me just say I have to give "big ups" to the Longhorns because they have dashed Nebraska's national championship hopes once or twice when no one expected them to. Any team that shuts up those bright-red overall wearing hicks from Lincoln for a few months is on my "like 'em list".
Also, Torifile, I will conceed hockey would have a bigger following if people could only pronounce names like "Roy" "Satan" "Guy" "Georges" and "Niewendyke" or even "Kovulchuk" as opposed to "Tkatchuk"
I saw some goals from the SFA Premier league the other day and geeeeez, that goalie for the Hoops wasn't even good enough for St. Mirren (No offence here, I've loved Celtic since Kenny Dalglish was playing for them) I was just amazed how easily the fv*king Gers could score so easily.
You should snap up Chris Kirkland from LFC reserves. What a waste of talent. Pure him to have Dudek infront of him in the peeking order. Dudek however IMO is the top goalie in the world right now
Hockey - I like hockey but I still haven't settled on a team to root for since the Whalers left town. I know. I know. It's about time for me to move on...

Okay, I'm thinking I'll root for the Avs this year. I do like their brand of hockey. I even liked them when they were in Quebec. I knew they were on the verge of being a championship team when they left for Colorado (just like I knew the Whalers would finally start to do well when they went to Carolina and became the 'Canes).
Comments
Two years in a row of victory, certainly a stunning accomplishment considering we lead you land thieves by 30+ games in the overall series.
I'm hoping to see Mike Stoops have a coronary after running out onto the field and screaming into one of his player's earhole.
Vengeance is nigh!
i think you must be thinking of texas squeaking by osu by only two points. ouch.

Even funnier is thinking of OU losing to OSU at home costing them a shot at the BigXII championship game and a shot at the national championship.
Rashaun Woods taking the ball right out of Roy "The best player in college football" Williams' hands.

I'm afraid you started the "you lost to X" smack, Okie.
Why would you want my girlfriend's number, she isn't related to you so I can't imagine the motive is sexual in nature.
OU Sucks!
