    I'm thinking... maybe something by the Meat Puppets. <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laughing]" />

For real: probably something from Santana's "jazz" phase - Caravanserai, Borboletta, Welcome. Someday I'll probably burn a CD of the best songs from these three albums. That'd be killer.

More recent Delerium (or in some caes misspelled as Delirium) CDs are often a good choice.

Well damn. Just came to me that I posted this at almost 2:00am on a Saturday night. Oh well. I guess no *passion* for me tonight.

I'm still listening to Nick though!

(Hey, I'm at work, not pathetic)

Pink Floyd works. It kinda depends on the mood you are going for, slow and soft or fast and hard. If its fast and hard then it better be spontaneous, which means you shouldn't have been planning what tracks to load up in your stereo.

My friends who have .. got a version of it and try to look for the original in music stores are told that they have never heard of THAT album of Peter Gabriel! Do you have any info.. like when it was made, for what film(?) etc? Last year i was addicted to that cd and one of apocalyptica, but it still disturbs i know so little about the cd...

Oh - try Piazzolla.. i imagine you'll like it..

The Last Temptation of Christ - I hated that film but the music truly was great. Check Amazon.com. I'm sure they have all kinds of info there.

Hmm, along the same lines, the score for "Out Of Africa" was exquisite. John Barry, I think?

Alternatively, how about Rimsky-Korsakov's "Flight Of The Bumblebee"?

OK then, on the topic of *soundtracks for sex*, try the one for 'Woman On Top'. I know, silly movie, but the soundtrack is beautifully Brazilian and very moody. It's even more sexy to me because I can't understand a single word!

Apparently Morphine's "Like Swimming" works pretty well.

A few months ago one of my friends mentioned that he was in the act while the song "Fight Fire with Fire" (metallica) came on his stereo via iPod. (And yes, I slipped it in knowing well )

He said that he started laughing, and between that and the death metal his special lady was utterly confused.

But personally I can't tell ya what's any good, because for one, I've never gotten that far, and for two, I think I'd rather hear coils squealing: much more romatic .

i'd have to agree with thievery corporation - the mirror conspiracy, and any piazzolla, but i'll add zazie- made in love (minus the annoyingly happy song).
