Groverat is a much more complex person than this stereotyped description of a Texan (even if he is proud to be a Texan, like all Texans : or they are doomed

First of all he is evil , second he is a mod (which is inherently evil in itself) : isn't it scary ? .

It doesn't scare me as much as it fills me with an overwhelming sense of injustice that pervades this world I live in, a world in which groverat can direct other people. It makes my stomach cringe.
Speaking of the Oil spill, i have one observation to make. EU suck on this particular subject. Sometime after the oil spill of the Erika and various others similar stories : nothing efficient have been made to stop this.
Us in contrary have made the oil polution act. Since it's release they have no more big troubles. The Oil polution act is a set of restrictives laws concerning oil tanker. No tanker that fit this rules have the right to enter in any US port.
In this particular aera, US is more an example than Europe. If we did not change our laws concerning oil tanker, there will be still Oil spill from old terrible boats like the Prestige or the Erika.
