    i cant think of too many nonamerican flicks. the best one i can think of is Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrells.

    I've probably only seen one foreign film, though aren't all Star Wars shot out of the US?



    Anyway, my vote is for Wings of Desire. The forerunner to that Meg whats-her-name and the long faced guy's remake.
