The aspect ratio of the iPhone 4S is a perfect 1.33... for a resolution of 3264x2448.

I've never understood why the screen has a different aspect ratio than the sensor. I find it difficult to adjust my composition when looking at the screen and remember to point the camera a little bit lower in order to get a 4:3 picture on a 3:2 screen. The screen cuts of the top of the picture due to the difference in ratio.
