Windows Store is looking a lot better than App Store. Transparency, quick feedback, no catch-all clauses. Unfortunate that it still has broad moral censorship clauses, but at least they will have to explicitly use one of them.

That thought pretty much defines the level of intelligence you possess.
It's the Windows App store, I don't expect it to be working on every cell phone available.
