    It's more than likely their "fake" project is actually just an experimental project. Just because it doesn't goto directly to market doesn't mean it's not productive R&D. I don't think Apple is trying to dupe employees until they can be trusted, all big tech firms have teams of new hires working on pie in the sky projects that will probably go nowhere.

    Samsung only hires the best and the brightest from South Korean universities. So hypothetically, Steve Jobs would never get a job at Samsung because he didn't finish college.

    That means he was not in the top 200 applicants.
