the end of jailbreaking would be the only thing to make me consider jumping ship. Right now the iPhone is the absolute best hardware and software on the planet. ALso, it seems that iOS is all the company really cares about lately, so bring all that design expertise and dedication to quality. You have the most advanced computer possible in your pocket and can use it as a phone.
We'll get a jailbreak update on iOS 6 once devs start working on a release for the final release of iOS 6. And if you're on iOS 6 you should go back to iOS 5.1.1 to use Absinthe 2.4 because there might not be an untethered version of iOS 6 Jailbreak for like 2 months after the release. That's how long it took to develop the jailbreak on iOS 5.1.1, but maybe it'll be a shorter amount of time since Pod2G and the Chronic Dev Team are really smart with their Rocky Raccon.
Oh, if you live on the Android sites, you'll notice all they do is say good things. About their platform. And no iPhone users ever come by to crap in their gardens.
Ooh! I've just thought up a different garden analogy.
Sure, Apple may have a "walled garden", but Android has one of those invisible electric animal fences. Its users all wear collars and think they're free… until they try to get away.
You're asking for a subjective answer while presenting a subjective answer as objectivity.
I don't think that very much can be accomplished here.
Touché I believe both phones are equal in there respective markets I guess. and I by no way am a troll or samsung fan I just got sick of people calling a phone like the S3 cheap slow stupid etc.

So i just need to restore to 5.1.1 by pressing the restore button in iTunes right?
I will give jailbreaking one last chance and i have till christmas to decide if I want the S3 or the next iPhone so....
exactly I don't know why people can't accept that the s3 is actually pretty good! But I dont agree about the iPad 3 after you use it for a while its horrible using the ipad 2.
I don't accept that the S3 Is pretty good, and that's after owning and using one for a couple of weeks. On its own it's pretty good, but in comparison tO a 4S, it's not. I don't know why people can't accept that not everyone shares the same opinion.

I'm sorry I got carried away.
EDIT: oh wow the last time i jailbroke was on iOS 4.1, there are heaps of new tweaks and apps in cydia now I will NOT get an S3!!!
Yeah you have to do a 5.1.1 restore from itunes after backing it up. Set as new phone, then open absinthe 2.4 ( you should have extracted it already and opened the newly extracted folder to open it. Then connect your iPhone, and hit jailbreak. Then after 2 minutes a cydia icon should show up, tap it, and let it do it's thing. Then restore the backup, select the one you made. You'll get everything back except your music. Then add sources, and download awesome stuff for it. Cydia is huge now. So many tweaks.

I know how to jailbreak lol. I have been jailbreaking since 3.1.2 but I got sick of waiting for updates to JB software. so now the jailbreak will tide me over till christmas when I get the S3.

And you can make your iPhone faster by adding a tweak called Speed Intensifier. It makes your phones UI extremely fast.

True but that just makes the UI animations faster.

good subject here.
The Galaxy SIII screen is horrid.
That alone is a reason not to get it.
It's also a platter, which I don't want or need.
