I would just go by the Windows 8 installation for the Pro. Hopefully we'll see a nice breakdown from the AnandTech review.
64GB is 59.60GiB with a minimum of 20GB for Win8 puts it at just under 40GiB, but there is some for the VM, it comes with MS Office (right?), and I assume that there are plenty of drivers that simply aren't included so I rounded to 40GB usable space.
