Totally, I almost put it on my post originally.  :)

I live in the sticks and despite living an 90 minutes or so from the White House I have zero wired broadband options....

30GB/mo ($10/GB overage) LTE is the best I can get.  I failback to Sprint unlimited 3G, but that winds me down to sub 1Mb/s.

    First world problems indeed.

Is waiting for Apple to fix your issue with a x.1.x release a sensible way of approaching your problem, when anyone you ask would tell you to do a clean install to fix your problem?

iOS 6.1 would be a point update and those happen when they are ready.

I seriously have to ask where you get the bullshit you spout because I'm just about through being nice to you and about to start treating you like the troll you act like.
Just saying usually February is a less likely month for a 6.1.0 activity or any 0.X (you realize I mean public releases notice this by key notes. This is also mostly shown in your chart. It is not garenteed or anything. What will you say, when it does not come out in Febuary?

You've stated that English is your first language so you need to learn how to communication more effectively.

Listen up as I repeat this again: If a point update is not released it means it's not ready to be released. There is no rule or law that prevents Apple from pushing out a point release in February of any year and it's fucking stupid to say there is especially when you've been shown otherwise.

Give me multi-user on my iPad. That would get my attention. I don't go to the movie theater any more because everyone is texting and talking on their phones.

You have a point yet it is usually released along side a device especially this time of year of course there is no law, just pointing out tendencies, no proof either way.

Come again? What device has ever been released in order to push out a point update?

No point update has ever waited for an iDevice model to be released, but point updates to iOS have been released with an iDevice.

Unfortunately (for your argument), the 4th iPad's 3G model was not one of these.

Darn meant IOS 6.0.1 not 6.1. Yet it was correct IOS 5.1 on march 7, The new IPad was revealed the same day.
