Oh yeah, I forgot to post the links that backed up my comments about the MacPro:

From MacLife: Has Apple Abandoned Mac Pro Users?

MacPro Petition on Facebook with nearly 19,000 likes:

People are astonishingly questioning my creditability so I should have added those links. Ok now I'm done.

Soli, it's time to face facts. We live in a new world. A world where logic and reason just don't matter. "Likes" do.

Apple's latest earnings report (if me recalls correctly, that was this week) suggests that Apple is DOOMED, I say DOOMED, did you hear me?   Utterly DOOMED.

Guess it was because of all that day-dreaming they did for so long.  Couldn't be any good anymore because lots of people (possibly entirely random Apple-haters who can vote seven times each) agree.  Guess I should cancel my iMac order...

PS 55,000 people like this post, and I have spoken to all of them, personally.

    I need a drink.

The drop in sales comes mainly from their Mac line. Could this possibly mean that if you stop coming out with revolutionary desktop designs for a very long period of time your sales will eventually start to drop? What a revelation. image Look at this photo with a side by side comparison of a 2004 iMac and the latest iMac:

This is what Apple has accomplished in a decade. If you can see any revolutionary ideas please let me know. Look evolutionary updates are important but they have to be balanced out by occasional revolutionary designs.

The results from their earnings report mainly had to do with their Mac line. Why does this mean when all you do is make small evolutionary updates to your desktop line for a really long time your sales will eventually decline? What a revelation. image image Here is a side by side comparison between the 2004 iMac and current iMac:
