For whatever reason, the color cycling in the video takes me back to the good ol 8-bit graphics days.

Sigh, reading comprehension fail once again. I never hyped a Samsung product. I said a retina MBA would be a nice upgrade from my current MBA and offered the Samsung as proof it can be done.

I'll give you some help: sound out the words, look them up in a dictionary, parse the combined meaning and actually take a break from your knee jerk desire to label people a heretic and THINK about what you just read. Primary school children do it every day, and if you apply yourself you should be able to do it as well. Trust me, it will open up a whole new world for you.

No, it allows you to write programs for Nix machines including OSX in a Windows envinroment. So you don't have to use C:/. There is no pleasing any of you, is there, if it doesn't have an Apple logo on it, crap.

Damn, I made a mistake. I bailed and jumped to OS X the first chance I got!

You seem rather upset at Apple?  Why?  If it weren't for Apple, Microsoft wouldn't have anyone to copy and when they don't copy Apple, they come up with Windows 8 and RT.  At the rate Windows 8/RT adoption is going, it will take 10 years for them to have 100% adoption if they don't come out with any other major updates.

The problem Microsoft has is getting people off of an old OS to a newer version unless they threaten to discontinue support.  Microsoft has lost their edge, especially in the tablet market, which for many people is all they really need.

The "shear amount of technology....." Oh, OK, you mean a bunch of useless features?  I used to sell Windows computers to corporate and government accounts for many years and have used them side by side with Apples.  I got my work done on the Mac and usually had nothing but various issues with Windows.  WIndows just makes the user's life more miserable, which is why I'm practically Microsoft free.  If it weren't for Office, I wouldn't have any real reason to use Microsoft anything.

You just need to blanket of security of the Windows user base to make yourself feel superior.  That's typical of Windows users.

I'm still trying to figure out if Windows is so great, why is about 25% Apple Mac purchases being done by Windows switchers?  Why are there so many Windows users buying iPads and iPhones? Is it because WIndows is superior?  Heck, Microsoft has to heavily discount the WIndows Surface RT tablets because no one wants to use them.  Pretty pathetic.

"Roll over and die"?  is that your sediment?  You might need to seek some psychiatric help.  That's a pretty severe attitude.  Is it based on the fact that Microsoft is becoming less relevant as iPads are taking over the Enterprise and Education market?  The airline industry is implementing IPads instead of traditional flight manuals and books.  They find it a great easy to use platform.   The Medical industry is switching to using IPads because they are easy to use, carry around and they save a lot of money rather than having to use traditional PCs.  That must torque you off.  Or how about the restaurant and retail stores that are implementing more and more iPhones and iPads to replace PC cash register systems. That must completely make you upset.  Deal with it.  Apple's getting their fair share of the computing industry.

What's funny is that Apple was making PCs before IBM and IBM sold off.  Compaq sold off.  HP has been wanting to sell off their PC business because there's no profit in it. It seems that every time I turn around another PC mfg is reporting low profits.  so what is Microsoft going to do? Start making their own PCs and completely piss off their OEM customers?    And what are they going to do for Windows 9?  Change the GUI yet again?

enjoy your PCs.  We'll enjoy our Macs and yeah, we can run WIndows if we really need to.

Thanks for nibbling on the bate though, I was wondering how long it would take for someone who didn't know my playful ways to reply. I hope your not too mad at me after you spent so much time putting me in my place. I really thought I made the post super obnoxious too, you must really hate Windows though, WOW, look out for all that blind hate, you'll die young. Luv yea! image

You are forgiven my son, here's a sticker for your window, now go spread the word. MS is the only way to salvation from the evil that is Apple.

Blind hate? I've used Windows on some level since Windows 2.0 and have sold it to corporations and government accounts up until 2000.  I got sick and tired of it since it was nothing but problems and I usually had a Mac along with the Windows computer and I got my WORK done on a Mac, but the WIndows computer was always having problems.  Some of the problems even a MCSE couldn't figure out how to fix it.  I also used Windows even after I stopped working for resellers as I worked for software developers and they gave everyone Windows laptops and that was just the biggest POS OS.  Nothing but problems and viruses.  I also have friends of mine that use XP, VIsta and 7 and they come to me when they can't get it working and it's just a pain to deal with.  One should not have to be an MCSE to fix a silly OS problem.  It should be fairly simple and straightforward.  I've played around with Windows 8 and RT just to see what it was all about, and it was just a joke.  NOT intuitive at all.  sorry, but YOU have to make up lies about me being blind to Windows sediments.

Maybe you should go to a Windows site and be amongst your own kind.  Just a suggestion.

You making death threats?  "Die young"?   Sorry, but that's a death threat.  Maybe you should look in the mirror.

How is repeating the well-known fact that an overly stressful environment diminishes lifespan a "death threat"?!

There is no statistical facts to base your statement on.   There are facts by leading universities that indicate that it's easier and less costly to administrate a network of Macs than it is the same number of PCs.  Those studies were done YEARS ago.

Using WIndows creates an overly stressful environment, Macs don't.  Unless you're YOU.    You simply said "YOU'LL DIE YOUNG".  Well, what is YOUNG mean to you?  I always had more stress using Windows than I did with Macs.  It's just people like yourself that stirs up hatred because of YOUR hatred towards Macs.  Look in the mirror.

It'll probably still happen, but that won't be the cause.

You are out of line.  You need to go and live your life elsewhere.  Why do you go to a Windows site and quite being so desperate to get people to actually buy a PC.    You sound desperate and you have NOTHING to back up your statement.  At least Apple doesn't get sued year after year for monopolistic business practices like Microsoft.
