Yet again, you Apple sheeple totally disgust me and you all fail to see the big picture here.
This Microsoft watch is going to be so much better than the Apple watch. I'll be preordering one as soon as they're available.
Will your Apple watch be able to run Office? I thought not.
Will your Apple watch be able to multitask and run 7 programs at once? I thought not. I can't wait to multitask on my MS watch and run 7 programs at once on the 1.6" screen. I heard that the battery life will only last for 37 minutes, but that's not really a problem, because a highly advanced user like myself will always carry at least seven spare batteries with me. I'm already used to schlepping around a few spare phone batteries with me, so what's a few more?
And will your Apple watch have a kickstand, so that when you remove it, you can rest it on a table? I thought not.
I can't wait to see the commercials for this MS watch. I hope that they use the same people from the Surface commercials because those were so great. I go to youtube at least once a day and watch them.
And lastly, will your Apple watch run Windows 8? I thought not. I'll be getting the 32 Gb version of the MS watch, and that'll give me 2.5 GBs of free space which should allow me to download plenty of apps, practically the entire appstore.
If it has replaceable wrist bands, will it go clickety clack when you attach the watch? Would make a great commercial if you add people dancing and flipping all over the place.
And the movie, well, it was made in the USA, which would influence (for better or for worse) the spelling regardless of which side of the pond one of the actors came from, even if said actor is playing a Scotsman.

Not to nitpick, but James Doonan was Canadian.

That would be James Doohan. But forgive Gazoobee; he likes to ... mesh facts with his own imagination.

1. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smart_Personal_Objects_Technology
2. "Microsoft Windows for Watching"
"Microsoft Watch: Your Window on the World"
"Microsoft Window Watcher"
"MSwatch" (would be a trademark problem)
Cheers
Microsoft: We're Always Watching.

No, he didn't. Calling it "aluminum" predates calling it "aluminium". Also, both are recognized as valid names by the IUPAC.
Never mind that the latter only exists because a newspaper felt they could name it whatever they wanted.

Duelling internet surfers. Cool.

Yup. And the watch will include a color coordinated micro-stylus that clips (with click!) to the watch band so you can tap the tiles with ease.
Dueling? I'm addending. And all I have is this...

Would that be a brit, or a Brit?
Or a Canadian?

Wonder what the BSOD will look like?
Overheard at Symantec - "Ka-ching!"
Ballmer: "Let's base our newest 'innovation' on our latest success!"
Ladies and gentleman...presenting the new MeClippyCEZuneVistaKinBing8SurfaceWatch!!
Ah...just kidding.
Now get back to rearranging those deck chairs boys!
Aye!
Oh... after all the talk about Scotty, just had to post the full scene from the movie.
