    So as your first post, you necroposted to an old thread? That's cool. Almost all newbies revive old threads for their first post. Your crime is that your necropost is a stinging criticism of product that is no longer in development. FileMaker Pro 12 is no more. FileMaker Pro 13 is the first new version of the most popular Mac DBMS since the retirement of Bento. It is FMP 13 that should determine whether FileMaker's retirement of Bento was a good idea.
