A friend of mine had a malfunctioning cell tower proximate to his home that produced massive battery drain on his CDMA devices. GSM devices were fine. Presumably the same could happen in reverse, since you're on AT&T. Did the battery drain happen away from home, too?
People around here are regrettably suspicious of (and sometimes excessively hostile toward) newcomers who have anything remotely negative to say about Apple, but you have to admit that your thread title and some of your responses are phrased in such as way as to be likely to provoke that kind of response.
If the problem was iOS 7, it would surely be affecting everyone with a 5c. If the phone is connected to wifi, it won't use cellular data. You said one of your phones had been off for weeks, how do you know it's using data so much without testing it?
Also, why keep them turned off and not simply return them for a refund? If Apple and AT&T agree on the problem, they've admitted a fault and should accept a return.
Exactly. The whole thing reads like something a Samsung troll or the pest formerly known as "TekStud" would post.

The account was banned after 11 posts, so presumably there was something out of order was going on.
I've noticed on several sites certain people been very negative ,about the Mac Pro very unreasonably some of their comments .when challenged abuse then follows .
Why do people have to hate why can't we respect other peoples opinion.?

The account was using a Mac and iPhone so they probably did have an issue of some sort - it may have been an excess mobile data bill they didn't want to pay for (possibly kids using the 5c phones) but the responses weren't civilized. Calling people fanboys and the edit in the original post "To everyone else, you all can kiss my A$$, and go eat a di$k". Infractions were handed out for those and they have a temporary ban for it. Given that the original post now says the issue was resolved, they might not bother returning.

OK - I had not seen the edits. So not even the crude substitution code saved her from infractions. But why would she suggest anyone eat a disk?

Well, one.
Oh, shut up.
Are you on more than one prescription drug right now?
In what? What could we possibly have done?
Good. We couldn’t care less.

well then stop posting on this thread and go back to your sad little apple filled life
Nah.
We have isolated the problem to iOS.
How did you do that?

I prefer the older 5-1/4" ones myself... I like that they came in that protective sheath.
