One last thing: I couldn't find info about the T610's screen size. Is it the same size as the T68i? According to some reports, the T610 is based on the T68, so the interface is very similar. But it adds more colors on the screen and a built-in camera. I don't really care about the camera or more colors, only about a bigger screen to show more of my calendar. If the T610's screen isn't any bigger than the T68's, I might as well get a free T68 now.
"Aluminium panels, anodized with color themes that resemble the elements of nature, caught between darkness and light". It is not hard to see why Industrial Designer Erik Ahlgren almost gets poetic when it comes to the T610."
<strong>Yes, the screen is bigger.</strong><hr></blockquote>
audiopollution: Great. I guess I'll have to wait then. What about the GUI? I hear it's based on the T68i. Did they manage to make it more responsive? Or will we continue to hear complaints about a sluggish interface?
Harald: I agree. The T610's design is odd but beautiful. Kind of like the old Saab 900. In any case, I find it much more practical, in terms of portability and pocketability, than the P800. Did you read the announcement that Handango would start a special area with applications for the P800?
That's a great comparison image, Defiant. (I already posted the other one furter up in this thread, on page 1.) Even though the T610 is very square, it is smaller than the T68i. And look at that large screen! Yum! If only I could get a T610 right away... The free T68i from Amazon/T-Mobile is still tempting me.

My absolute favorite phone now is the Nokia 3650 and seeing this new SE phone had me hesitate.
BUT its missing many cool things compared to 3650:
No video recording, no expandable memory, smaller display.
On the other hand it seems that the SE is slightly smaller and has 65K colors (sompared to 4.5K on the Nokia)
I would still stick with Nokia if I had to choose.
and <a href="http://www.nokia.com/nokia/0,4879,2273,00.html" target="_blank">http://www.nokia.com/nokia/0,4879,2273,00.html</a>
The 3650 is 130 grams.
Thats a big difference. The 3650 is closer to the 7650.
The T610 is almost as light as the T68i.
The bluetooth music player makes me think. A bluetooth ipod, width wireless earphones... drool...
<strong>anyone have idea on price?</strong><hr></blockquote>
This <a href="http://zdnet.com.com/2100-1103-990924.html" target="_blank">ZDNet article</a> lists the price as $710US. <img src="graemlins/hmmm.gif" border="0" alt="[Hmmm]" />

Oh dear, how slow I am. It took me a while to figure out what "color" you guys were talking about.
Always wait, wait, wait. I want to buy, buy, buy!

Overall the T610 is sexy, and the 3650 is not sexy. Video schmideo.. it's a mobile phone. There's even a comparison picture on 3GM.
