Wait a minute, the backend of OS X is not going to be affected by the GUI that nobody will be touching while hitting the forums. This has nothing to do with how well the forums will run. OS X is perfectly capable of running this forum on a Mac G4 if administered properly. I challenge you to show me otherwise. (the last host on the cube does not count due to the fact that the hosting company sucked and could not administer their way out of a paper bag.) Macaddict runs their forums on OS X with few problems for example.
