Is that newspaper any more negative of Samsung's phone then Samsung paying stars to promote it on camera but use iPhones in real life? I don't see Samsung suing those stars for the commentary that provides of their product!
Samsung's Galaxy S5 sucks so bad that it can bust your eardrum with negative pressure.
ISO cell was all over android tech sites claiming they reinvented the camera, after the release was proved that ISO CELL was just another gimmick market term by sahamsung, the only good things about S5 camera features are the ones copied from iPhone 5s slo mo and fast autofocus

Samsung they sould also sue AR newspaper for calling Galax.. S5 "an ugly device"
One thing DED doesn't take a stand on is whether the newspaper is right or wrong in Samsung's case. He gives examples of where the press has made up factually incorrect stories about iPhones, but is he implying the newspaper is (thus similarly) lying about the Galaxy S5's camera (and therefore implicitly argue for Samsung's lawsuit against the paper)? Or is he taking the position that the newspaper is telling the truth, and Samsung's Galaxy S5 camera sucks?
Agreed. Link is only to a report about a review. He defends each of the charges against the iPhone and, well, who really knows what the truth is about Sammie, amiright!?

Regardless, it's probably a bad PR move by Samsung. Unless there are absolute lies that tear the phone apart, saying it will give you cancer or something, Samsung would have been better ignoring it.
Would you have heard of it, were it not for this article? Would this article exist, were it not for Samsung's suit? No. By bringing the suit, Samsung not only makes the criticism far more well-known than it would have otherwise been, but they almost legitimize it. Now, in the backs of people's heads is the thought, "Is something really wrong with this phone? Why is Samsung so worried about this paper?"

I'm 1000% sure EE Times are right! without any evidence because i know Shamesung (they cheat. they lie,................ they even kill people!!! )
Also DED probably doesnt know what EE Times said about S5, this article was about Samsung suing for things like this while Apple doesn't

With such a sliver information this is just speculation. (Really, this is more like a hint of a sliver of information.) Even with a lot more information it would probably still be speculation.
Benchmark tests conducted by UK consumer magazine <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Which?" style="background-image:none;color:rgb(11,0,128);" target="_blank" title="Which?">Which?</a> in June 2013, comparing the iPhone 5 and other smart phones in the same class such as the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTC_One_(2013)" style="background-image:none;color:rgb(11,0,128);" target="_blank" title="HTC One (2013)">HTC One</a> , <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samsung_Galaxy_S_4" style="background-image:none;color:rgb(11,0,128);" target="_blank" title="Samsung Galaxy S 4">Samsung Galaxy S 4</a> and <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LG_Nexus_4" style="background-image:none;color:rgb(11,0,128);" target="_blank" title="LG Nexus 4">LG Nexus 4</a> have consistently found the iPhone to be the slowest
It's the UK. Something is wrong if they praise Apple.

It's almost always bad to respond, especially with a law suit. There are exceptions, sure, and I thought I pointed that out.
Speaking of the Galaxy S5, AnandTech has posted their review. I would have thought that a brand new, 2.45GHz Snapdragon 801 processor arriving more than 6 months after the iPhone 5S launched would have faired better with raw performance tests. They also seems to be making it bigger and heavier despite the display size being effectively static.
EE Times was saying that samsung will have hard time to get a hands on enough 16MP camera modules for S5 due to very low yield. I didn't read the whole article but that is basically what head line is saying. It seems like very reasonable concern.

The higher you build yourself the more it hurts when you fall. Samsung needs to stop acting like a little b*tch and take it like a man

Part of the motivation perhaps:

Samesung struggling to find new profit centres.
Kenobi.

LOL
Well, just send Yoon Jin Kim (Sun on "Lost") and we'll work on a translation together.
doubt anyone would admit it.
Why's that? Are you implying there some sort of bigotry here?

You'd think Apple would drop them, too.

Not sure if this page is Appleinsider or Samsunginsider
