The structure is fine, but the color could potentially be classified as a biological weapon of terror, at worst; a Halloween theme, at best.

My thoughts exactly. That big dark box is claustrophobic.
I like the idea of shortening the article samples. Just a leading sentence would clean things up nicely. Along with colors that don't belong on a 1973 Buick.
What Nick doesn't seem to figure out is that you should stick with like 2 different fonts on the front page. gEEk was right, WOW there are like 15 different fonts on that front page. Very hard to read.

Yeah. I had a hard time reading it. My pea brain just doesn't adjust to those little dippity-doos at the end of some fonts, and then the other fonts that don't have them, well --- I'm perplexed.
It hurts my head. Please take me back to the big letters with lines at top and bottom and dashed line where the 'little letters' stop going up.
I liked his old design better. This one has some real color problems. I guess he is trying to make it look like the dirt he keeps asking for? (I am being serious, is it a dirt theme?)
eeeeh. You should tell all those TS people to come to the AI boards. At least they wouldn't have to listen to all that garbage from their "editor in chief".
What a joke.
PS: He seems really full of himself -- comparing a rumor page to sites like ZDNet and MSNBC as evidence of the economy and why he needs pop-up ads.

Better than others I've seen!
