    Who likes the prices of the iPhone 6 leaked by China Telecom?

    4.7" = $861

    5.5" = $1,024

    I'm questioning this and the logic skills of the writer for one reason and one only. the only folks at Apple that are likely to know anything about this device and its battery are those involved in the design etc. That can't be that big of a group. And they are all most certainly under an NDA. Why the heck would any of them risk a cush job and being blacklisted if it gets out what they did by speaking to another.

    that detail right there should make one highly suspect anything of this nature that allegedly comes from within Apple.

    so what? The image they have on their web page is a Behance render, not the real iPhone. So why should we believe anything else they have listed?

    Jessica Lessin !!  Thank you jess!

    Thank you so much for breaking this storY!

    Apple just was so excited about everything their new wearable device can do, and the cool way it looks, they just forgot about the juice.

    Dang it!  Tim Cook said today to his team, you know what we forgot?  To give it good battery life!

    Oh no!  said the rest of the team.  You're right!  God!  I had a feeling we forgot something and I couldn't think of what it was!

    Until i read it in Jessica Lessin's article AND her Tweet.

    RIGHT JESSICA< RIGHT!!!!

    YOU SO NAILED IT!!

    NOT.

    If Apple has a wearable, you can be damn sure it's got at least pretty good battery life.

    Holy crap, you’re right. And that bottom iPhone? Half the color is missing from when they cut it out of the background.

    I predict that Tim Cook will walk out on stage to start the event on 9.9.14 wearing a long sleeve shirt. With his wrists covered.

    I think Apple should include a battery, but also use other forms of energy acquisition such as motion and heck, put a winder on the side with a mini generator.

For example if you want to stream video from your iPhone to your AppleTV, the iPhone must remain fully on with the screen lit and the app in the foreground. If you click the screen lock button the video stops. You can't even play the audio portion of a conference video through your ear pods with the screen locked (this feature worked in iOS 5). Not only does this greatly reduce battery life, it also is a security issue since anyone can pick up your iOS device and access any of its data when the screen is locked. Imagine you are taking a long lapse photo. Someone could pick up your device when your back is turned and read your e-mail. An app can't use the camera when it is in the background. Hopefully Apple can address this limitation of iOS for all devices including the iWatch.

    That's not a limitation of iOS, that's an implementation decision that Apple made for iPhones and iPads.

    If rumors are accurate Apple looked at solar and motion for charging and they were both a bust so settled on wireless charging.

    I think it should come with a giant car battery with Jumper Cables.

    And I suggest they call this latest Apple scandal, BATTERYGATE

    This is my main complaint with AI. They post all these rumor articles, then lace it with "allegedly", "reportedly", "purportedly" or "shaky report" or "suspicious sources."

    If you're questioning the report and damning it in your own text, why waste the time in reporting on it?

    What has impressed me so far is the lack of "iWatch" part leaks. I'm going to assume it hasn't reached manufacturing, because Foxconn and/or Apple's suppliers can't seem to keep any of their clients' secrets--at least when that client is Apple, Inc.

    IOW, I will be surprised if Apple unveils it Sept 9.

    I think Sept 9th could be an unveiling with a release next year. It's certainly in line with other new product categories.

    Have you ever googled Huddler? They host sites built around "passionate communities" and help the site owners maximize profits from ads, cross site links, and other SEO tricks. The whole thing is geared to serving ads to the "passionate" and addicted suckers who keep visiting the site.

    They keep posting this rumor dribble because they think it will keep the community "engaged." The racket works: many Google Ads were served.

    The only way to make this stop is for all of us regular visitors to leave.

    Or for the advertisers to realise they're being conned and to stop buying into Googles whole SEO click thru babblespeak.
