I'll express another vote of confidence in Pair Networks. I've used them since I got my first domain name in 1997 and am still happy with them. Their cheapest service is something like $6/month ($5 for hosting and $1 for virtual domain). But price isn't everything. Pair's service is great, and they've been very reliable for the seven (7!) years I've been with them.

Reading through all these posts... I think Pair may be the option I choose. 6GB/month bandwidth for $9.95 seems pretty good.
Leonis, which plan do you have? I know you have several movies on your site.....
As for 1and1.....the web control panel is so damn slow. Have to wait for a minute to see one page loaded. I guess it must be the encryption thing.
Other than this annoying thing, ftp and http downloads are pretty quick. I uploaded a few movie clips that I have and download them to my machine. I can see up to 200KB/sec download.
Thank god I signed up their special offer on the last day of their promotion. Now I have 3 years of FREE hosting service
I will see how things go in the next few days........if it keeps going fine I will upload more movie clips to their server to lighten up the load on my account at Pair Network a little bit.....
I don't want to pay another 9 bucks/month for the upgraded plan in PairNetwork if I have a secondary web hoster for FREE.

Currently using the "basic" one but I am going to upgrade to the "advanced" plan soon cause the traffic of my account now exceeds 10GB/month
