Italians often drink espresso with sugar, which I find strange. Guess it's just a tradition.
The only reason for sugar is that you can mix it with coffee, esp. espresso.
In fact, an espresso without sugar is like.... like a car without gasoline.
Clearly you know nothing about coffee.
It is ok to put sugar in your espresso, but only after you have tasted it as served, otherwise it is an insult to the roaster, the variety blender and the barista.

Oh, it would seem you have no trouble at all insulting people.
I am touched by your concern, though, for your coffee roaster and variety blender. (I am my own barista, as it were).
So anyone that adds a sweetener and/or creamer to a coffee knows nothing about coffee? Come on!

OK, all that sound very douchie. Who cares how others take their coffee? And fuçk anyone that won't let you have an espresso the way you like it because they might feel insulted because you didn't taste the bean water the right way.

Ok go to your favorite coffee spot and ask them to put sugar in your espresso. Unless the world has gone mad they will tell you to do it yourself.

No, they not only do it for me, but when they saw I was doing it myself they informed me that they would be happy to do it.
I don't know what world you live in, but a barista is in the food-service business, and barely that since they are regulated to only making and serving coffee. Sure, some may have advanced degrees but that's because there were no good jobs for them after college, not because it's needed to run water over some ground up beans.
Fuçk anyone that tells me I'm not allowed to enjoy my coffee a certain way.
You are free to be as ignorant as you choose to be,
I'm ignorant because I won't let you tell me what's culturally proper to add to my bean water. It's perfectly fine if you have a way you prefer your coffee but you're telling everyone that likes a different taste that they are wrong. Do you not see how fucked up that is? I expect this sort of elitist shit from other posters, but not you.

Hey go argue with a nuclear scientist that you think electrons should be positively charaged. I'm a FUCKING expert in coffee.
Hey go argue with a nuclear scientists that you think electrons should be positively charaged. I'm a FUCKING expert in coffee.
You're "expertise" doesn't tell you shit about the palates of other people. Your "expertise" in no way dictates what should be culturally acceptable. Your "expertise" means nothing to how I like to enjoy an iced beverage in the morning with cream and sweetener. The very fact that you would claim your opinion about such matters is in the same level as verifiable science is truly fucked up.
If you want to talk about how big the grounds should be, the length and temperature of the roasting, the amount and temperature of the water, etc. to extract the most from the product while being efficient, then talk science, but don't tell others how they are ignorant Neanderthals insulting the venerate barista if they don't drink their bean water pure. That is literally the most pretentious fuckery I've ever heard… and I've run a winery.

Well I guess your qualifications supersede the established worldwide coffee association standards then
We created the standards, we abide by the standards an anyone who wants to challenge the standards needs to present some scientific proof.

THE WORLDWIDE COFFEE ASSOCIATION STANDARDS FOR DRINKING COFFEE?! SHUT THE FUÇK UP!
Either you're making shit up or that is the most pathetic group of individuals that has ever existed. If they really get together to set the standard on how others should enjoy their favourite cup of joe then I'm not sure humanity should exist any longer.
Rumors on Top of Rumors. It would make sense for Apple to build an electronic control system for a car or want to put their electronics in cars, not a car; Most certainly they do not want to manufacture a mechanical car. Apple is not a mechanical device manufacturing company and I doubt they want to get into mechanical items. Authors love to find something to write about such as this. Just because Apple hires managers and engineers from automotive companies does not indicate that they want to build a car. Maybe they want to build a StarTrek Teleportation Device - electronic, not mechanical. That is a more interesting rumor. There is not enough profit in a car and the legacy costs are awful. Look at GM. Same in many other areas of other businesses. They can make a car if they want to, but who wants an Apple car in today's Oil Based economies. It would have to be a heck of a car that would recharge in a few minutes to be very useful. The US was built on Cheap Energy. Time will tell and these writers will not be writing about their failure to do research.

Yes, I'm absolutely adamant that I love a cold caffeinated coffee-based beverage in the morning with milk and sweetener.

Dude it is the difference between boons ferry apple wine and a fine Cabernet
I love the smell of gas, so going to the gas station is a joy, not a chore. ????
I'm not surprised because like
Lawyers, politicians, makers of commercials, most of the posters here are right up there as regards talking about things they know nothing about
Now, now. Let's keep things civil.
