The only thing I'll be buying is either an 800 mhz or a 1 ghz upgrade for my Cube. Ever since I got this wonderful little machine I'm no longer interested in anything else (at least, so far). I'm doing (web) graphics and audio and my Cube does that wonderfully well, plus it's the best looking Mac to boot. Hé, maybe that's the reason Apple stopped producing it - Cube owners aren't interested in new Macs

But this whole thread depends on the question "Who's buying?" but I ask, what's selling?
I am still hanging on the edge of a new PowerBook to replace my blackbird pismo so I can use ADC with Cinema display, but the trusty Cube is still the form factor. Can't we do something to upgrade thes fantastic boxes? Mine are maxed out in memory and looking for innards.

C'mon Apple. State, Sell, and Ship. It's been too long.

I will be buying after MW regardless.
It depends on if these new machines support OS9 or not - if they don't - I won't be able to do it.
Regardless - I've got an old G4-450 that's starting to get reaaalll slow,
