I could see Jeb being up at 3 am to order his apple Watch.    Look at the emails he released.   He was up before 5 sometimes and up past midnight emailing people.    Jeb Bush is much harder working than George.    If he becomes President I'm sure he will invade twice as many countries in the middle east  (4) as his brother (2) and wreck the economy two times over.    He'll probably wreck it the second time before he's done wrecking it the first time.

As much as you may not like it get used to hearing "President Jeb Bush"    Florida is the biggest swing state and determines who wins the party nominations by setting up candidates to win Super Tuesday.    That's why McCain was the nominee  2008 and not Huckabee and why Romney was the nominee in 2012 and not Gingrich or Santorum.    The votes in other states just done matter the way Florida does and Jeb has the inside track to win the Florida Primary and then the general election.

Besides democrats have had the Presidency for 8 years now (by 2016 election) and they will probably be lazy and complacent about supporting Hillary even if she is effectively the same as Obama.   The left is already complaining about her they way they complained about Gore to support Nader.

LOL Obamacare is GOPCare.. it's entire premise was thought up by the think tank Heritage Foundation, an ultra conservative organization with all the big establishment republicans at its helm. It was the basis for Mitt Romney's healthcare overhaul in Massachusetts which people love and which he boasted about, yet when he was pressed on why he hates Obamacare when it is the exact same thing as his plan but on a national level, he said it should be left to the "states" to decide, which is one reason he lost big time the national election. Americans love Obamacare (when asked directly about the benefits of Obamacare but not calling it specifically Obamacare. When they are asked if they like Obamacare, the results are flipped, because the average American dodo has been brainwashed by closet case Obama loving Republicans).

It's no wonder a Republican candidate has only won the national popular vote ONCE in the past 23 years or 6 presidential elections. Keep it up GOP, let's go for 7!

Bush would have been better off saying that the Apple Watch can complement the ACA, the latter taking care of a person's health issues, while the former allows the person to invest in his/her own well being.

Although both are misguided and destructive, "Romneycare" was executed at the state level. It's a commonly trumpeted canard calling Obamacare and Romneycare the same thing, but there is not and never has been an allowance in the Constitution (a document that is an agreement between the states, after all) for a Federal healthcare system.

Also, I find it darkly amusing when Democrats/progressives call the American people idiots or brainwashed when they appear to oppose programs such as the ACA, yet these same 'hopeless idiots' somehow deserve free or subsidized healthcare or irrationally high minimum wages.

I think most people caught on pretty quickly that the Iraq invasion was built wholly on lies. When the military-industrial complex and foreign powers so easily manipulate the U.S. to act in their interests, you know you've got a big, big problem.

No Bush fan, but the point is health care vs. medical care. Only YOU can take care of your health. Massive medical costs come from people who don't give a damn about their health (smoking-related diseases, obesity, drug and alcohol abuse, sedentary lifestyle, 0 exercise). Buying everyone an Apple Watch would be much cheaper than paying for everyone's medical needs (impossible anyway) Socialized medicine is an illusion, unless the U.S. is essentially subsidizing 99% of your defense budget, allowing for temporary socialism in western and northern Europe. Its unsustainable in the long term.

If what you say were true and logical, why not just give everyone a pair of running shoes and some green salad? You really need an AppleWatch to watch your health?

Or pay zero in corporate taxes because they are special and a gift to society.

Do you work for this guy? You seem to base plenty of your opinions on this guy views. Do you pay him for his transcripts? Maybe the rest of us should pick up the check when the uninsured go to ER for the flu. Union Buddies...do you mean people that get their healthcare from an employer? Are you insured?

Right.. Funny how every single ones of those things got beat into the ground, hey. Find me something more recent thant 1.5 years ago Bud.

People had trash health care and had to actually get the base decent health care insurance. Yeah, trash was less expensive... Find me something recent that's not been destroyed utterly.

Yeah, that's what happened. The administration didn't do any manipulating to sell the country on that war. No, plenty of people did not catch on especially on the right. They still haven't. They also committed an act of treason by outing a CIA operative. The list of f***k ups is quite extensive and expensive in blood and treasure. Remember soldiers getting electrocuted in the shower from faulty, labor? etc., etc,  etc.

Jeb sounds a little better than "he would do away with the Affordable Care Act in favor of health tracking on the Apple Watch". He's not comparing apple watches and obamacare like they're interchangeable categories. He's saying health care should be private again, and devices like the apple watch will be capitalized on in the private sector as opposed to the public sector that can't even do a website right.

Health care IS private, time for him to actually read the bill he's ragging against; or does he mean to repeal Medicare? Sure that will make the 50% of GOP constituents that are over 65 very happy...

    Yup, they're all socialists. /s

Even though they (and everyone else) have payed into these programs for all of their working lives. Imagine that expecting (entitled to) a return for something that you invested in for you whole working life.

Well, most people would need something.  Do you know what your standing heartbeat rate or blood pressure are? Or what they are after walking a block or running a mile or climbing a flight of stairs? Or how long it takes for them to return to normal? Or if they exceed what would be considered normal for the activity you're engaged in? Or how far you walked in a day and how many calories you burned doing it?

Running is not healthy for everyone. What if you have high blood pressure and an abnormally high heartbeat rate? Unless you know ahead of time, just jumping into a running program can kill you.

Man, I know I shouldn't feed the trolls, but hey.
If he was against the bill that was passed, I fail to see how that’s idiocy.
    You wouldn't.
It’s unaffordable, there’s no care, and it was an illegal act.
The Supreme Court, and Chief Justice Roberts, disagree with you.
    You’re completely and utterly delusional.
TS-speak for "I have no good reply to this"
Said literally no one in any of those categories, ever. Try again.
I fall in one of those categories, and I'm saying it right now: The ACA is a very good thing for me. So there goes that.

You must be getting your information from CNN or MSNBC. Your statement is highly inaccurate. Most people, including myself, who had private insurance before now have more expensive insurance with less coverage.
Because of the ACA, I now have a health care plan that costs almost half of what my previous one did, that has better benefits than the one I had previously.

Everyone here is getting it a lll wrong. What Jeb Bush actually said, while gesturing toward his new iWatch was ……….. This will be the reason why putting your money into AAPL would be better for your financial health than into a health plan under ACA.

And I hope he's right. Not because I'm a Republican, but because I'm an AAPL shareholder. :)
