I'd like Apple to add more lab results categories.
Each year I have a medical checkup, and blood and urine analysis results and try to keep a record of them but as they don't have any category in HealthKit I have to continue to maintain a numbers file.
How exactly does one judge "Cervical Mucus Quality”? And does it have a numerical scale or is it qualitative?
Adding to what iaeen said above, the "stretchiness" of the mucus is also considered (meaning, how far you can stretch the mucus between thumb and index finger). The longer the stretch the better your chances of getting pregnant (or avoiding pregnancy) are.
I like this updated feature ... and totally agreed with @wood1208 it's just a sexual health feature and not to be associated with porn sexual to down play apple.
Clearly female reproduction is a mystery to our moderators. For people who use these signs to target ovulation for conception this is helpful as well as for avoiding ovulation. For the 10 year old boys who must be posting comments, girly parts are yucky to you, huh?
Oh great, my husband will now know when I'm faking it. Wait, you know what, I was wondering why he bought me an Apple Watch and keeps asking me to wear it during relations, that sneaky bastard.

Too funny!

Err-- well, some of this I'd rather not track, but TBH, other stuff is awesome, for health reasons-- menstruation tracking, water intake, and UV exposure all impact me tremendously (and I'm supposed to be monitoring it), so I'm thrilled they're added.
Some of this is really cool... And reading about features like this, makes me thrilled that Apple is taking the stance they are on privacy. There are HMOs that would salivate to get this type of data and price accordingly-- employers with large health plans, too, for that matter.

Ha, thanx, he's just happy that the watch band had some length to it, as it helped him greatly during the tricky removal process. You know, I just wanted him to know and really feel how much I appreciated his gift by maximizing his investment to the deepest way possible, ah, ah, I mean fullest.
again, this is more useless tracking of something in a visual spreadsheet that cannot compute any math whatsoever.
What good is tracking this data if Apple doesn't utilize formulas to calculate other components in the data for you? Is the apple watch going to calculate your UV exposure? or is the ovulation cycle data point going to pre-calculate your next period? No, it won't. You, the user, must count the days yourself, and calculate it by hand or another program and then enter another data set.
Same with BMI calculations. Apple is lazy and won't make healthkit populate this data for you when the requirements are met. They make you, the user, figure it out.
This is nothing more than what could be tracked in a giant spreadsheet. And Excel does something else.. math.
Heh. It occurred to me during sex that the motion sensor/gyroscope on the Watch could probably determine when sexual activity was taking place and my positions, if any app wanted to parse the motion data for that! Heck it could probably also determine how many calories I burned. I'm sure someone will write an app for that.
It doesn't burn that many calories. It's a silly urban myth. Do it because it's fun.

This is absurd
What is?
Allowing you to track data?

Cervical mucus - added to the "things I don't need to know about." list
Er Honey...I seem to have lost my watch...
"Was the dinner movie and drinks worth it?"
Yes-No
Or
Stood-up?
Oh my! The naughty thoughts are swirling and all I can think of , is there a Find My Watch setting? :smokey:

Privacy and privates, best of both worlds.
