BTW, sorry about my website (www.mandolux.com) not been accessible at the moment (my domain service provider sucks monkey ass). You can still go to the server at mandolux.mine.nu
sorry, semi unrelated, but you know that bush photo with the book is a fake, right?
you can see that if you rotate the book so it's the right direction, the back of the book cover is flipped the wrong way in his version.
If the real version is supposedly the inset picture then why would his tie be hanging out of his pants instead of around his neck? Look at where his tie is in the inset picture you rotated not to mention the blue background. Looks to me that the upside down version is the real one.
no, the point of rotating the picture was so that it becomes easier to spot the fact that the picture on the back of the books do not match up. Look closely at the back cover of the books, you can see that the pictures are mirrored. Someone took a real photo and rotated the books cover pictures, but they goofed on the back cover, exposing it as a fake.

Not sure what this has to do with desktop's but here is the real story on the fake picture.

Edit: Here's an illustration of what I mean
I get what you're saying now but what's even more strange is that Bush's book is the correct one though up side down. If you rotate it so it is right side up the people sitting in the picture printed on the back cover are right side up. On the girls book they are upside down even though see is holding it right side up.

until the other day i was wondering if you were the real mandolux or you just liked the site enough to make that your name. i've always enjoyed your site!
salmonstk: I've really enjoyed the desktops with plain backgrounds from this update and the last. However, a white background is terribly bland. You should try to play with color, e.g. light pastels or watercolor-like. I think there were two nice Pompei Red-ish ones last week.
OTOH, I think it would be easy enough for me to add a bit of color to the background with the paint bucket tool.
