Pretty sure when the first battery issues started I read that Samsung was considering releasing the Note 8 early next year. That was before the second round of catastrophic battery failures. I think that almost guarantees that Sammy will release the Note 8 by April.
There is no way Samesung is going to release the Note 8 that quickly. They don't even know what went wrong with the Note 7. You can't put out a new phone overnight. If they rushed out a Note 8 this fast and they start blowing up, then what? I don't see it happening. You're talking about the time frame the S8 should be getting released. There's no way Samesung could change the release of the Note 8 by 6 months. Talking about not learning anything from the Note 7.

When I read" un-named battery suppliers" I yelled liar! I then did a search on this site for the articles that named the supplier. There are two articles. To my surprise the second article was written by... Mike Wuerthele.

So Mike, why did you choose to not write the TRUTH about Samsung naming its very own company, Samsung SDI, as the exploding battery culprit especially since YOU wrote the Wednesday, October 12, 2016 article that was published at 11:23 am PT (02:23 pm ET) article?

    Here are the links...

Apple would NEVER receive this type of cover up coverage from you nor anybody else.

Well, considering I wrote one of the articles naming the supplier, its not cover-up coverage, now is it?

And, they didn't initially name the supplier. It took almost a week for them to do so after the initial discovery of problems, so take it easy there.
Your response proves you knew the truth and you chose to not publish it. Further diversionary responses about the truth are not required.
I'll go get a tin-foil hat fitted for you.
Please do not get me anything. I would not want to give the impression I had been bribed to be silent about calling you out about the truth.

This tactic has been tried before by Microsoft, Its called "Vaporware" It is done to scare people into believing that their new widget will be so advanced and become the market leader that buying competing widgets will be foolhardy.

IT ONLY works if you dominate the market like MS did with Windows in the 90's. Doesn't work any more. Nice attempt though Samsung. Obviously trying to switch attention aware form Explode gate! The Galaxy brand is damaged beyond repair though imho.
