Ive and Jobs seem to have the same values, but I don't think Ive could ever do what Jobs or any CEO would have to do. I think Fred Anderson would do a better job.
As far as mannerisms, he (and Jobs) does pace around too much, but hand gestures are a good thing on stage if they're not just fidgeting -- that they respond to the content they're saying or pointing to. I like Phil. I think he's just the guy people like to pick on, us if no one else. Don't forget, this is the guy who thunk up the iPod wheel.
Oh, and as far as the video, I didn't get the "hate" vibe at all. They don't seem to be close friends by any means, but I didn't sense much if any animosity between them. I don't think they have much contact off stage.
