Scouring Usenet, downloading more binaries than I can handle, for the simple sake of downloading them, and then dumping them on inaccessible places of my harddrive. In case nobody knows: Usenet RULES! (it does), and it is still very much alive. Thank you.

hmmm... Probably going through various PC supply sites and building imaginary systems... seeing how badass I can make them for the smallest cost. (I build them for friends/family... I'm perfectly content in my iBook 800). So far I've come up with this:

    1.7GHz Athalon XP w/ 512MB DDR RAM, 10/100 Ethernet, 40GB HD, Radeon 9000 64MB, 16x DVD, 56x CD-ROM, USB 2.0 and a 17? CRT monitor.

    that comes at roughly 720.

    Geeky enough yet?

click here to see me naked

I have noticed that I am a geek, and quite a loser too. Just now, instead of clicking the AI logo at the top, I 'tab-ed' my way back to the address bar, and typed in forums.appleinsider.com/

Little things like that keep sneaking up on me.

I go from from AI to MacNN to brighthand (pocket pc) forums looking for new and interesting things to do with my expensive gadgets. I scour the internet looking for interesting apple news and happen to run across other pc related stuff all the time.

I code websites in php/mysql just for shits and giggles. Try to learn some graphics programs in my spare time. In short, I spend too much time on my computer. Hey, at least I'm not downloading porn, right?

    Did this yesterday...

Uploaded a 15 Mb .ace file on my college's server. Booted into Virtual PC, downloaded an ftp program, Winzip and WinAce. Downloaded the .ace file of the server, decompressed it, zipped it, uploaded it again, and downloaded it with my mac's ftp program.. Unzipped it, and woila.. Thats how you handle .ace files on Macintosh!
