    Is there a way to download older versions on apps with iOS 13? A developer pushed out an app update that crippled their app., and I want to roll back to the previous version that worked. .

    Here to say thanks for this excellent article. As mentioned in this comment section, nowadays you have to downgrade iTunes to 12.6.5 max to be able to access the App Store for iOS software. Then you can purchase/get apps from within iTunes and once purchased you can download older versions on the iPhone. Hallelujah (and thumbs down for Apple obviously for the BS!)
