    There IS NO software fix for this problem. It is built into the hardware. The only way to fix it is to disable hyperthreading which will almost cut your processor speed in half. Thanks Intel!

    That's not fully correct. While you're right that disabling hyperthreading eliminates the problem, fixes in Safari (and edge, Chrome, and the rest) make drive-by attacks through the browser on those machines impossible,
