Apple long-term plan is to get rid of the Lightning port for the Wireless charging and data transfer (UWD technology - 480Mbps (USB 3.0) speed at 3 meters, 110Mbps at 10 meters)
What does this even mean? USB 2.0 is 480Mbps, USB 3.0 is 5Gbps.
Isn't 480 Mbps USB 2.0 Speed? USB 1 = 12 Mbps USB 2 = 480 Mbps USB 3 (type A)= 5.0 Gbps USB 3.1 Gen 1 (type C) = 5.0 Gbps USB 3.1 Gen 2 (type C) = 10 Gbps and soon USB 4 = 40 Gbps
