    1. Prove some specific person among the dozens/hundreds who passed by you during a pandemic made you sick? Hey good luck with that. So no, not successfully.

    No - you don't know who it was that tested positive.  It only tells you that someone who tested positive (could be anyone) has been near you in the past 14 days.

    There is NO personally identifiable information.  There is NO location information.  The only information is that you were in proximity to someone who told the app they tested positive.
