I have been enjoying it -- I particularly enjoyed the first season of "See", Greyhound, and also the series on Tiny World.

And, the physical Apple TV opened up both Apple Fitness and videos on Apple Music -- I switch back and forth between them while exercising at home.

Apple TV and TV+ have been good investments for me.
Fitness+ is great, but I would like to control the volume of the music and use my own playlist.

The problem is that the instructors keep referring to the music.
I use Fitness+ through my AppleTV which is connected through my home theater system -- so that takes care of the volume.

Even when its free it’s not worth it.
Oh no no! Don’t post a negative comment about Apple TV+ here! I made that mistake once and was subjected to an unbelievable amount of criticism and insults. Don’t touch the sacred cow!
Lame negative comments unsupported by any justification for the position deserve whatever negative feedback they get.

There are several great series and a couple good movies. I don’t know if we’ll pay for it, but certainly disagree that it’s a waste at free. We’ve watched See, Morning Show, For All Mankind, Defending Jacob, Truth be Told and now finishing Tehran.  All are worth the time spent.  Also enjoyed The Banker and Grayhound on the film side.
Does that include your response to why I said. It’s negative and unsupported by any justification. Just curious . . .
My point, since you also seemed to miss it, is that people should be free to express their opinions here without being subject to character assassination and rude remarks.  Since they’re opinions, they don’t need evidence, proof, justification or any other reason for being. You like what Apple TV+ offers, JazzMonkey and I don’t. None of us is right or wrong, correct or incorrect, justified or unjustified.
You'd be right, except what JazzMonkey said wasn't an opinion, it was a troll.  Stupid trolling should not be respected.
its just my opinion.  Apple TV + is focused on appealing to a certain demographic.   I got a free 3 month subscription with my iPhone purchase - and cancelled it after a week.   The content was a joke.  No trolling. Just the truth how I see it.  My experience.  And I’m not alone.

I just pulled the plug. I had the free year. We never watched it. I took the extension to Feb. We still never watched it. This morning I noticed the extension mentioned in this article hadn't showed up. I guess it might be US only. Whatever, I killed the subscription. I just am not seeing anything they have, nor anything rumoured to be on the horizon that we would be interested in. YMMV

Sorry to hear that.   I've enjoyed several of their shows.   But the selection is limited -- but I expect it to be broadening out as time goes by.
But it's been much enhanced with the physical AppleTV where I combine TV+ with other apps (including Apple Music) and subscription services so I have a decent choice of shows.

Check his posting history.  25 one line snarky trolls.  Not a person even worth complaining about, just a waste of air.

In our exercise room I’m directly under a speaker while on the treadmill. When we’re going fast the noise of me running, combined with extra noise of the treadmill, is loud enough to make it difficult to hear the music, but I have no issue hearing the voices of the trainers. I’m with you, I’d like to adjust the music volume separately from the voice volume. Even muting the voices but still hearing the music would be a good option, I can see what the instructors are saying with subtitles. BTW, muting the voices of the instructors is not new, I have over 100 exercise videos that allow me to do just that.

Perhaps AIrPod Pros with noise cancellation would work better for you on the treadmill?
I haven't tried them on the treadmill yet -- but they are effective in blocking out background noise:  like I've learned to be careful when I turn the faucet on because I can't hear it run and once forgot about it.  The sink almost overflowed.

This is such a basic suggestion I don’t know why I didn’t think of it myself, ha ha! Thanks for pointing that out. I tried it last night and it was much better.
