A ridiculous poll and a ridiculous bill. Apple should just threaten to drop the nuke now. Tell the legislature that if it becomes law, they are ceasing al business in Arizona, starting with their 6 retail stores. Oh, and they won't directly ship to Arizona anymore. Also, no new App Store paid transactions from any account with an Arizona address. See how fast the bill is "modified" or goes away.

Pffft, if the law passes this will wind up in the SCOTUS after years of appeals. Nothing to worry about.
I’m an Arizona resident and was easily Apple’s biggest supporter with regard to their right to maintain total App Store independence in both the walled garden and their payment choices... but that all changed when they banned Parler for no other reason other than it has a strong following with those of a political persuasion that runs contrary to Apple’s executives. That single decision on Apple’s part abused so much trust I had previously afforded them that I can no longer support them on this matter.

Assuming this is a legitimate post, this law won't change any of that.
The unintended consequence of this bill is that it renders every store into a showroom.
Just like e-tail has. Are you sure it’s “unintended”? If anything, regulators should be enforcing integrated sales/payment systems.
Why? What’s the benefit? And what’s the cost of the current way of operating? And BTW, you’re supposed to have an actual law in place that regulators then design regulations around so that the law can be enforced. Regulators don’t just go around regulating things on their own.
