Guess what? when the US signed onto the UN. it agreed to not engage in a miitary strike on other soveregn nation except in self-defence. Since the US does not have a "self-defence" argument here. It is in violation of it's agreement with the International Community and therefore is commiting an illegal act under international law. Not that hard. What the US has done is manage to bribe other nations to not bring charges against the US. This has already been documented here. Again. It's not that hard.
