    The keys resemble the ones from the current Pro Keyboards a *lot.* Right down to the exact shape of the top row keys. I'm willing to bet anything this is an Apple branded keyboard.

    There's also a camera, headphones, and I believe a grey-ish mouse, but the keyboard really does look like something Apple made.
