Does anyone know for sure that the 12 inch PowerBook doesn't support DVD-RW?
Its currently limited by firmware... and more bad news, techniques for flassing firmware are either boot into OS 9 or hook it up to a WinTel machine. So that makes flashing the firmware on the 12" rather difficult or at least impracticle. I've used a USB to ATA bridge to flash my A05 (Superdrive) to allow 2X burning on all media through toast... kinda nice

Well, my new Lite-on 52x burns my Fuji 48x CD's at 48x out of itunes. 1:25 to burn 650MB.
