    Okay, maybe someone should start a poll on this.. "Does the English accent really sound so evil?" According to most Hollywood films it does.



    Of course there's one that just takes it too far, Star Wars. In the prequels when Anikin Skywalker is young and innocent he has an American accent, then when he grows up to become the evil Darth Vader he adopts an English accent - and somewhere in between he's Canadian?! Coincidence, I don't think so...

    I dunno... I think eastern Europeans make excellent villians.



    Just look at the goons from Air Force One for instance. That war-torn, anti-Kremlin solidarity thing carries both an aire of intelligence and desparation that make for good villians. Those Brits seem far too refined if you ask me -- even when they're wacking innocent people....
