I agree McNabb has his passing issues. I've never been his biggest fan, but when he is allowed to play, he's great. He's had some birilliant performances. But, it NEVER fails. When he's contained and held back, he sucks. I'm not ranting. It happens time and time again.
I know, I know, but he was a Pro-Bowler in '97 and '01, and I think not worrying about the "Pocket Passer" stigma was a part of that.

Huh? I thought being labeled a "Scrambling QB" was more of a stigma, though the game has evolved to a point where having an extra set of legs is almost necessary.

Being a Steeler's fan I'm glad to see Kordell GO AWAY
however it saddens me to see how badly he is playing in Chicago . . . fumbles, bad passes, bad decision making . . . . I hear that he once was great
remember the days when he was "slash"? that was great. i thought he was pretty good at just about every back position -- he made great catches as a wideout, tight end, even as a halfback. cowher could just move him around anywhere to fill in for anything. why did he feel he needed to make kordell a full-time qb?
