You can call the present adminstration... hyper conservative, heavy handed... reactionary... slow footed... maybe even militaristic... but not fascist...
However... the way this administration conducts business is incredibly disciplined and secretive... which is troubling.
The NY Times is doing the same thing to Dean that they did to Nader. The only articles were clritical ones, but most of the time there was severe undercoverage.
I think the U.S. is somewhat immune to fascism in that it's a capitalistic society... and in fascist regimes the economy and industry become a state run arm of the political wing.
In the present administration it's flipped... the biggest corporations and political donors are running the show.

The US is not and never will be a fascist state.
It'll be something else.
At some point a group (who won't be the 'left' but may get their first big influx from there) will find a new name for what the US is becoming.

That last one is a doozy. And you don't think the NY POST slants people's views?
Oh, my sides are splitting.

I wasn't even trying to make the comparison. I'm just having a laugh.
Hilarious, no, trumptman?

Explain that last line. It's vague.
