And it doesn't seem quite small enough to compete with those tiny mp3 players... but it still looks very nice.

The 10Gig is now 15 Gig. Apparently it's the "subnote premium." I'm surprised they didn't use the 2 Gig hard drive and sell it for maybe $199.

considering that the normal ipod is so small already, it isnt substantially small enough considering the price and the lack of memory compared to the 15 gig equivalent.

correct about the entry model iPod going to 15G for $299,
but the mini isn't
that
much smaller in size, and quite a hit in storage for $249
if it has massively better battery life, maybe... otherwise doesn't do much for me.
