    Just to be intellectually bankrupt:

In the Louisiana Guard, Muhammad drilled with Company B of the 769th Engineer Battalion until his honorable discharge in July 1985.

In 1983, however, he was charged with striking a non-commissioned officer, stealing a tape measure and being absent without leave. The court fined him $100, sentenced him to seven days confinement and busted him to a Specialist 4.

If the DC sniper can go A.W.O.L. and still get an honorable discharge, how tough would it be for a governor's kid?

Kickaha and Amorph couldn't moderate themselves out of a paper bag. Abdicate responsibility and succumb to idiocy. Two years of letting a member make personal attacks against others, then stepping aside when someone won't put up with it. Not only that but go ahead and shut down my posting priviledges but not the one making the attacks. Not even the common decency to abide by their warning (afer three days of absorbing personal attacks with no mods in sight), just shut my posting down and then say it might happen later if a certian line is crossed. Bullshit flag is flying, I won't abide by lying and coddling of liars who go off-site, create accounts differing in a single letter from my handle with the express purpose to decieve and then claim here that I did it. Everyone be warned, kim kap sol is a lying, deceitful poster.

Now I guess they should have banned me rather than just shut off posting priviledges, because kickaha and Amorph definitely aren't going to like being called to task when they thought they had it all ignored *cough* *cough* I mean under control. Just a couple o' tools.

Don't worry, as soon as my work resetting my posts is done I'll disappear forever.

We shouldn't hold such things against Kerry. After all, dishonesty and cheating in one aspect of a person's life absolutely never translates in a greater propensity to be dishonest in any other area of that person's life.

Guilty until proven innocent, always the best way to think.

I heard Kerry also was responsible for the defecit, global warming and the fact that "Futurama" was cancelled.

Care to share your information on Kerry's "dishonesty and cheating"?

First of all, let me say that I'm proud to embody the intellectual bankruptcy of the left. It's a heavy burden, but I'll muddle through somehow.

Now then. We know that Bush didn't show up for a pilot's medical exam, and subsequently lost flying certification. This after the government spent quite a bit of money to train him as a pilot.

We know that he moved ahead of 500 other applicants to get a posting in the guard, and when he did he got assigned to a "champaign" unit full of the children of the wealthy and powerful.

We know that he was originally denied a transfer to Alabama, a non-flying assignment, but after being decertified for flight (after he missed his doctor's appointment, hmmm) he was approved for transfer.

We know that know no one he served with in Alabama can remember seeing him there. Several of his guard mates are quite certain they would have taken note of a Bush and kept an eye out. They are on record as being totally sure that they would have seen him if he had been there and that they didn't see him. In fact, after years of asking around, no one has come forward to say "Yes, I served with the future president of the United States."

The sole exception is a guy who claims to remember seeing Bush several months before his transfer from Texas was approved, which seems a little odd, doncha think? And where was this guy when this stuff came up before? It's not like the call for proof hasn't been around several times, you would have thought he would have stepped in 2000, or during the Texas gubinatorial race.

Pay records, as have been widely reported, merely mean he got payed, and don't speak to his where abouts.

And somehow in the stack of papers Bush has released there is nothing definitive about his whereabouts when he was supposed to be serving in Alabama.

But there's nothing to the story. It fact, it's an outrage that a news magazine would run a cover story on this instead of the "Kerry sacandal".

Oh, please, let's talk about intellectual bankruptcy.

Hey, I tell you what. Since I've listed the controversial facts around Bush's guard service, how bout you list the controversial facts around Kerry's infidelity?

i was listening to NPR yesterday as they were interviewing him. he said he came forward in 2000 as well when this first started, but was told that no one thought it would be necessary.
