i had really insane day.. rhythms. me in europe my ai' bein' not.
now again insane day rhythms, wake up now 5,20 gmt for work. soon need to wake up 3am to fly, .. and this coming week is planned such as wednesday i try to sleep. and saturday need to wake up bloody early and sleep during the sleep to not lose the connections. i think i sleep next week ..

And then POW. Around my 30th birthday, my body absolutely became incompatible with my temperament, which wanted me to stay up until 4-5 am.
I have one word for you: melatonin. It's worked wonders for me.
