I Have The Run Down Of The New Macs And When There Going To Be Released

Steve Is Getting Ready To Shock You All (Including Bill Gates)

By Releasing New Models

Firstly The New PowerBooks

The 12 Inch Will Keep The G4 but Be Released At A Huge 1.5

The 15 And 17 Will Both Have G5 Processors

And Be Layed out diffrently you will have processsor choices on both

1.6 and 2ghz ...yes thats 2ghz

Secondly the new imacs will have a big overhaul in looks (complete redesign)

And have A base model of a g4 processor again 1.5 with a 15 inch screen

and the new screens 18 inch and 23 inch will have a choice of 1.6 g5 (19inch) and 2ghz (23)

new screens have been developed and are being made ready for shipment

sizes 18 inch 24 inch and huthum........... 30 inches

and last but not least the powermacs

dual 2.0 will stay the same but the rest will be discontinued

and the new ones will be 2.4 2.6 and the big 3ghz dual baby

and the the 2.4 2.6 and 3ghz will have 128mb ati video cards

not sure if the 2ghz will still ship with the ati 9600 or not...

and there will be also and upgrade in ram with the 3ghz to 1gb

but the rest will remain at 512.....

unfourtunatly i cannot specify whom i got this valued information from

because im sure it will lead to instant dismisal

i hope this stops all this silly nonsense about march 23rd ect ect

They will not announce all of this at WWDC. It makes no sence to announce all this at once. Maybe PowerMac updates at WWDC, but not all three.

Well, what you're saying is ridiculous and obviously not true. You'll have to try harder to convince people at AI. Sadly, you don't have to try much harder to convince many of the Future Hardware people here...

While this is probably not true, the predictions made do sound fairly reasonable.

I can see a lowend iMac with a G4 as well as the 12" PB with a G4 as well.

Going from a 18" to a 24" does seem a bit puzzling unless the 24" is a fair bit cheaper than I think it is.

    I am guessing a 17" Widescreen, a 20" Widescreen, a 24" Widescreen and a 30" Widescreen.

Apple would be doomed if they hold off on PM updates another 3 months.

the reason that the imac is going to go from 17(sorry i ment 17 not 18 ) to 24 is there is already a 20
