As I recall, he was the most Mac friendly guy on the cast. He also had the very annoying habit of constantly interrupting his dufus (don't recall his name at the moment...) co-host and any of the guest's for that matter, with his "weeee, I'm so much fun, look at me..." banter.

Tech TV was a great concept that was dummied down too much. Even for a non-geek like myself.

I think Bret Larson (sp???) was the most Mac friendly guy on TechTV... but then again, it was his job.

Whoa. I saw Call For Help yesterday and thought it was a rerun. Welcome back Leo.... at least for the time being.

I liked Patrick, I say liked because without cable I have not seen the show for about a year, he had much more knowhow about computer hardware then Leo (or anyone else on the cast for that matter) did. I see Leo as a software centric kinda guy, which is fine, but I relate more to Patrick (hardware centric) because I am a PC hardware kinda guy. I fix computers for bread and butter, but I hate dealing with software (well buggy installs of windows that is some are clean most are chuck full of buggy stuff...), hardware is where it is at.

Is it? Not to quote Bill Gates, but to quote Bill Gates, without software, your computer is just a tin box that lights up.

I was refering to what I'd reather deal with when fixing computers. It is much more profitable and enjoyable for me to replace parts that have gone bad then troubleshoot some random software problem.
