I wish I could, but this has been mostly me doing it on my own experimenting with veggies. Everything else was based on the supplements used for vocal cords with HPV - clinical studies. In my case, www.alpf.org was my start, and http://www.rrpf.org/publicationsandresources.html helped flesh out (no pun intended!) how warts spread, especially to the larnyx. One thoery has to do with a baby going through the birth canal and catching the virus from a mother who had an STD of genital warts.
From there, I kept googling terms like DIM I3C cruciferous, but a lot of HPV seems to be related to sexually-transmitted diseases, so don't be too surprised to see a lot of links about AIDS snakeoil cures.
Oh, and back on topic. I did have a few warts on my hands that were really small, never too concerned about them (as my voice was the focus), but after the same nine-months, I did notice that they were gone. Coincidence or good diet habits extending to my epidermis?
A few years ago I developed warts on my fingers. Started on one hand and then spread to the other. They were not that big a deal so I just ignored them for years, but then they started to get big and ugly so I was thinking about having them removed, but before I could do anything I started to notice they were shrinking and within about a week they were mostly gone and have now totally disappeared. That was a couple of years ago and no sign of them coming back. I guess my immune system finally decided to do what I am feeding it for and got its act together! Come to think of it I haven't gotten sick at all since they left so my immune system for some reason is doing a great job. Can't think of anything different I am doing in terms of food or supplements so I guess it is just luck.
What worked very well for a stubborn plantar wart I had going was duct tape 24 7, epsom salt soaks daily and finally after a couple weeks of that salicylic acid pads. After 2 years of zero success with treatment this worked in a few weeks. The thing hasn't been back since and I have zero sign of a scar or anything

Out of curiousity, could you point me to a link with information on the vegetable diet?
