Urinals usually aren't installed in the home because of space constraints and the added cost of fixtures ($5-700 dollars) and extra plumbing for something that may not be used by everyone in a household, especially a rental.

Besides, for most guys I know, there's already a urinal in their bathroom. It's called a sink.

I sit all the time . . .unless in a public restroom.

Started to avoid the noise then the splashage then it was just easier and more hygienic for the whole family.

No urinals because I prefer to "wipe" vs "shake" (the knob that is)

I thought Virgin chickened out when they decided not to use this little hum dinger http://www.bathroom-mania.com/urinoir/kisses.html . When I first saw it I told my wife we'de be installing one when we build our house but she nixed that idea. I don't know why.
