There should be one more choice in this poll, "none of the above." All of the current towers are too darn big and expensive. I'll run my display from a PowerBook until Apple comes up with a better desktop solution for midrange users like me.
If I want to buy an Apple desktop model (new), what's the alternative?

The G4 isn't bigger than the previous towers.
But the G5's are big indeed.
